My name is Jasper, but I also go by Sai! I'm a part-time freelance digital artist. I occasionally do world building and character creation on the side, hosting most of my world information on Toyhouse; and background world work on Ko-fi!

TERMS OF SERVICE
General
▸ You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me.▸ My commissions are typically always open but if you are unsure, don't hesitate to ask!▸ While I try to answer as timely as possible, I live in PST time-zone so please allow me at least 24 hours to respond to you before messaging me again!▸ My style is constantly changing, and I try my best to adapt my art style to the character and vision of the commission. If you have something in mind you'd like me to try don't hesitate to ask!▸There is no discounted price for additional characters, adding characters is +100% the base price.▸ Please provide a clear digital reference sheet, I can work on traditional references, but the colors and markings may be inaccurate.▸ If you would like multiple versions of your commission (colored background and transparent, shading and no shading, etc.) let me know when inquiring!▸ By default all commissions are posted on my social media, if there is a circumstance in which you would prefer a piece be private, let me know in advance!

Payment
▸ Payment is accepted through Paypal or Ko-Fi.▸ As soon as we have confirmed a price, you will be sent an invoice, the piece will not be started until the invoice is fully paid.▸ Payment plans can be discussed individually for orders $200+▸ Projects or payment plans totaled $300+ will require a non-refundable down-payment in order to secure the slot. This down-payment typically ranges from 15%-25% of the total.
Cancellation
▸I reserve the right to cancel commissions for any reason. If I feel that I will need to cancel I will provide a full refund regardless of how much progress is made.▸ Full refunds are only given out if no work has started▸ If you cancel after I've already started your commissions, partial refunds will be sent out via PayPal. The amount you are refunded will be at my discretion and is based off of how much progress has already been made on your commission.▸ Once the commission has been completed, you are no longer eligible for a refund
Turnaround
▸ Turn around time can vary heavily depending on my current queue and the size of the commission. For smaller commissions it can be done as quickly as 1 week, for larger commissions it can be up to 3+ months.▸I do not work through my queue in order of who paid first, some commissions may require more time, effort, and feedback so please keep that in mind.▸Please keep check-ins to 1 per week.▸Do NOT commission me if you don't work well with inconsistent turnaround times. In order to provide you with a quality commission, I work on a motivation-basis. This ensures that you get the best quality out of your commission and helps me reduce instances of burnout and art block.
